The resort was great. The room was big and comfortable and the food varied. The beach is linked to the resort and can easily and quickly be accessed. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you Mr Hisham for attending to our stay and making sure everything was handled. We will most probably come back.

We had a fantastic time at Caribbean World Soma Bay Hotel! The beach was stunning, the food was delicious, the scenery was incredible, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Our kids especially enjoyed the morning and evening activities. Our entire group would like to extend a special thanks to Hesham Salah, Amgad, and Hossam for their outstanding service and hospitality. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a perfect vacation destination.

All was excellent. The hospitality and treatment of Mr. Ahmed Salah in the reception were indescribable. He helped us in every thing and keep following up with us. Even he took care of our back journey to cairo which was very fantastic and marvelous from him. The hotel is very clean everywhere especially the bathrooms. The beach, pool were perfect and the stuff are very helpful. The animations for the kids was good and fantastic.

Check in was very fast , receptionist was very helpful and upgrade our room . Very amazing beach and alot of pools. Overall our stay was great .

1. Mr.Hisham the assistant manager at the reception is really a gentleman 🥰, his great welcoming and daily calling to ensure we are so comfortable and happy. 2. La palma restaurant (Italian restaurant)was wonderful and highly recommended & the smiley staff there specifically Mr.Mohamad Hamdy. 3. The beach , pools , aqua , animations , green gardens & rooms were great. I think staff are doing their best for the guests.
